BT has extended its contract with Qualsys for the provision of EQMS systems to cover use by its Strategic Bid Management teams.  BT's international solutions business, BT Global Services has been using  EQMS software since early 2000 to enhance customer communications by sharing information with its customers at every stage of the life of their contract. In addition to the EQMS systems provided to 50 of BT's largest accounts,  EQMS systems are now delivered to teams developing new business.  Tariq Bajwa, Extranet Solutions Manager at BT Global Services, points out: "EQMS is an established tool in our business.  The solution has been successfully deployed to help manage key client relationships.  We expect our prospective customers to be equally impressed during the contract negotiation process.  I expect EQMS to make a significant contribution to the conclusion of a great many deals  in the coming years."
